Terms of Service

Welcome to AdPilot, a product of Smart World Language & Technology (SWLT), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What AdPilot does

AdPilot provides AI-assisted Google Ads campaign creation and management. We connect to your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0 with your explicit permission, and act on your behalf only within the scope you grant.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and not use the service to impersonate another person or business. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Google's Ads policies.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI generations. If you need more, you can upgrade your plan or pay per extra generation as shown on the pricing page.

5. Content & Google's policies

You remain responsible for the campaigns you publish through AdPilot and for compliance with Google's Ads policies. AdPilot attempts to enforce Google's formatting rules (length limits, banned claims) but you must review final ads before enabling them.

6. Data handling

We store your Google Ads refresh tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256). We do not share your data with third parties except the processors we use to run the service (Google, OpenAI, AWS, Stripe). See our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate access if you violate these terms or create legal risk for the service.

8. Liability

AdPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost ad spend, missed conversions, or business interruption resulting from using the tool. Your total recovery is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
